- Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 12 to 24 hours may incur a partial charge depending on the booking type.
- Bookings cancelled less than 12 hours before pickup may not be eligible for a refund.
- No-shows or failure to arrive at the pickup location will be treated as a completed booking.
- Refunds, when applicable, are processed using the original payment method.
- Processing time for refunds may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
In case of service disruption from our end, such as vehicle unavailability or driver delay beyond a reasonable limit, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative arrangement.
